Kim Latch brings over 30 years of expertise in Corporate Accounting, including 25 years as a Controller for companies in the construction industry. With a strong foundation built on a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wilmington College (now Wilmington University), Kim has also held an Accounting Management role at Del Olds Volvo and Saab.

As an active member of the Delaware SHRM chapter, Kim stays engaged in professional development and human resource management. Her primary goal is to ensure the accounting function operates efficiently and adheres to GAAP compliance.
