Mike has 30 years’ experience in site, utility, structure and heavy civil construction as a project manager. Managing nearly all facets of the contract including scheduling, negotiating contracts and change orders, project coordination with owners and engineers, monthly billing to owner and controlling job costs. Some notable projects include the following: Galestown Dam/Spillway replacement in Galestown, MD. This project received both DCA & ABC Construction Excellence Award. The Indian River Inlet Approach & Bridge Demo. This was a DelDOT project which received Construction Excellence Awards from DCA & ABC. The SR1 & 30 Overpass in Milford, DE. Another DelDOT project which was awarded Excellence in Construction awards from both the DCA and ABC.
